As '4’, group of Muskoka Artists,  we presented an Art Show and Sale on two weekends, September 28-29 and October 5-6, 2013 from 10 am to 6 pm, at Windermere Village Hall, 2496 Windermere Road, Windermere, Ontario.

I and my friends Lynda Lynn and Wendie Donabie were joined by guest artist, Pat Whittle, who stepped in this year for Glenys (Dee) McAlpine. Each artist displayed a distinctive style including works in acrylic, watercolour, encaustic, soft pastel and mixed media with subjects ranging from realistic and impressionistic landscapes to vibrant abstracts. All four artists have a love of nature and a concern for the environment that is often reflected in our paintings.  Thank you for joining us!

The The Enchanted Forest Show at Wood's End Studio, August 10 - 11, 2013,

Join me at the 6th annual Enchanted Forest Art Show  on August 10th and 11th, 2013, from 10 to 5. The show is 'rain or shine': the artists are in tents and studios, and a sheltered dining area is available. This year's show features over 30 talented artists who make the event a true 'woodland art experience' by demonstrating their techniques. The quality and variety of the art make this juried show distinctive. Admission is by donation, raising funds for the local branch of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). VISA and Mastercard are accepted by all artists.
